Welcome to SureStreak Putt (the "App"). SureStreak Inc ("SureStreak", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App.

• Debug images you choose to save (for example, images saved to your photo library during debugging workflows).
• Derived performance data generated from your videos and sessions (for example, analysis results, scores, drill history, progress, and in-app achievements).

2.3 Device and Usage Information (collected automatically)

• Device and app information (such as device type, operating system version, and app version).
• Network-related information (such as IP address).
• Usage information (such as screens/features used and time spent).

We do not intentionally require you to provide phone number or address to use the App. If you contact support, we may receive the information you choose to provide.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information:

• Directly from you when you create or update your profile, record/upload videos, or contact us.
• From third-party authentication services (for example, sign-in providers you choose to use).
• Automatically through the App and its service providers (for example, through SDKs and similar automatic technologies used for hosting, storage, reliability, and service operation).

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features (including video processing and performance analysis).
• Save and display your drill history, analysis results, and progress.
• Enable coaching features where applicable (for example, sharing player performance data with a connected coach as described below).
• Improve the App's functionality, reliability, and user experience.
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5. How We Share Information

We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you, without restriction.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting, data storage, and app infrastructure). These providers are permitted to process information only to provide services to us.
• Coaching features: If you are connected with a coach (for example, through a coach-player relationship in the App), we may share your drill/performance data and related metadata with that coach in order to provide coaching and progress features. Where applicable law requires consent for certain sharing, we will obtain consent before sharing in those cases.
• Legal and safety: We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to protect the rights, property, and safety of SureStreak, our users, or others; or to investigate and prevent fraud or security issues.
• Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction as permitted by law.

We do not sell personal information.

The App is intended for general golf training use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction for providing consent to data processing).
